Romania….simply, organically, authentically beautiful – a country where the earth is still rich with memories of migrating and some staying for hundred of years civilizations, a land which endures with dignity the mutilation of corrupt politicians, fields filled with wheat growing in fertile soil abundant in minerals, where eagles sore high over the mountains and people are kind and hospitable!

I am so beyond grateful for being surrounded by kindness where ever I go this morning ! I just went to buy more quinces and I taught what if I take our festival flyers with me and ask a manager if I could post them in the store! And yes, yes, he said in a heartbeat, yes! He said, “ Let me help you, do you have enough?” I nearly melted.. (cute guy too! 😉Now Detwiller is a very popular supermarket in Sarasota where a lot of Romanians shop also! 🥰love the people in Sarasota!! Thank you Detwiller! 🙏🏻💕
